Who we are

Newtbox is an early-stage product that classifies and routes accounts-payable email. This site exists to present the product and recruit pilot teams. For anything related to your data, contact us at admin@hipotecology.com.

What we collect

Pilot signups. If you join the pilot waitlist we store your email address, the optional team-size answer, and how you found us (the campaign link and referring site). We use this solely to contact you about the Newtbox pilot and to understand which channels reach AP teams. We do not add you to any other mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

Anonymous analytics. We measure page visits and interactions using PostHog's EU cloud, configured without cookies or any identifiers stored on your device. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. Analytics data cannot be linked back to you across visits.

Legal basis

We process signup data as a step you request prior to entering a pilot arrangement, and analytics under our legitimate interest in understanding whether this page is useful — implemented in the least intrusive way available.

Where your data lives

Signup data is stored in a Postgres database hosted in the EU (AWS Frankfurt). Analytics are processed on PostHog's EU cloud (Frankfurt). The site is served by Vercel. The full list is on our sub-processors page.

Retention & your rights

We keep signup data while the pilot programme is active and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop contacting you — email admin@hipotecology.com and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
